About the Role

A leading Saudi holding company with a portfolio of technology and dynamic growth enterprises across Saudi Arabia and the broader region is looking to expand through investments, acquisitions, and partnerships. This key managerial position is directly accountable to the CEO and focuses on originating market opportunities within Saudi Arabia's technology and high-growth private sector ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture a profound understanding of the Saudi tech and high-growth private business sectors
• Build and maintain direct relationships with company founders, owners, advisors, investors, and financial institutions
• Source, identify, and pre-qualify potential investment and strategic partnership opportunities
• Create screening reports and initial assessments for senior management and investment committees
• Assist with financial modeling, in-depth analysis, diligence coordination, and transaction execution
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership on evaluating new investments and strategic ventures
• Represent the group at industry events and within the broader Saudi investment and technology communities
• Develop a proprietary network that extends beyond standard advisor-driven channels to generate unique business opportunities

Candidate Profile

• Experienced professionals possessing approximately 4 to 8 years in venture capital, growth equity, corporate development, principal investment, investment banking, or similar investment-related roles
• Strong personal network across Saudi Arabia's technology, digital, and high-growth private sectors
• Proactive in originating relationships rather than depending solely on inbound or advisor-led leads
• Possess solid commercial insight and investment acumen with the ability to prepare screening materials and support financial modeling
• Capable and credible when interacting with founders, business owners, investors, and executive leadership
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working autonomously in a lean and high-responsibility setting
• Saudi nationals only, based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
• Fluent in both Arabic and English languages

Additional Information

The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO, gaining significant exposure to senior decision-makers within the group. The role offers a competitive remuneration package, including a performance-linked variable pay component dependent on the identification and closing of qualified opportunities and successful transactions.
