Ltd., is an innovative platform offering investors the opportunity to invest in life insurance policies at discounted prices from their market value. It creates a synergy between policyholders looking for liquidity and investors aiming for stable returns linked to the market, fostering a mutually beneficial ecosystem. With rapid growth underway, the company is seeking a dynamic Management Trainee for Client Acquisition & Investor Relations to foster business expansion and strengthen distribution partnerships, particularly engaging with HNI investors.

Role Overview

This role centers on developing and managing an extensive and quality distribution network comprising family offices as well as HNI and UHNI investors and partners who invest in the company’s products. The position involves a blend of acquiring new investors and nurturing ongoing relationships to ensure repeat investments, portfolio growth, and sustained revenue increase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with current investors and distributors.
  • Promote repeated investment activities, portfolio enhancement, and cross-selling initiatives through continuous engagement and performance communications.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for significant investors to drive trust and retention.
  • Lead efforts to onboard new investors for the company’s offerings and related investment products.
  • Develop connections with private capital sources via wealth managers, IFAs, RIAs, and strategic partners.
  • Directly engage with private clients, UHNIs, and family offices to facilitate capital sourcing.
  • Design and deliver investor presentations explaining product details, risk-return dynamics, and structures in a clear and compliant way.
  • Meet revenue targets covering new investments, recurring funding, and upsell channels.
  • Expand and nurture a robust HNI/UHNI investor base through direct sourcing and partnerships.
  • Identify, onboard, and oversee wealth managers, IFAs, family offices, MFDs, RIAs, and other key partners.
  • Position the company as a trusted long-term partner in alternative investments.
  • Provide product training, investor collateral, and transaction support to distribution partners.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth investor experiences.
  • Offer market intelligence to leadership for refining products and sales approaches.
  • Create detailed financial plans addressing investments, retirement, taxation, and risk management.
  • Keep current with diverse investment products including mutual funds, stocks, and bonds.
  • Advise clients with product recommendations aligned to their financial goals and risk profiles.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong familiarity with BFSI sector, wealth management, alternative investment avenues, and personal finance concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored for engaging HNI and UHNI clientele.
  • Sound knowledge of investment products, structured deals, alternative investments, and portfolio construction.
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities and proficiency in building long-lasting relationships.
  • High ownership mentality paired with the drive to independently achieve revenue and partnership goals.
  • A proactive and persistent disposition.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA/BBA or graduation in Finance, Marketing, B.Com (Honours), Economics (Honours), or similar disciplines.
  • Certifications such as AMFI or NISM are valued.
  • Robust understanding of financial markets and concepts.
  • Effective written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills mandatory.
  • Familiarity with data processing and visualization tools like Power BI or Python is advantageous but not compulsory.
