Management Trainee – Business Development

Job Summary

We are seeking a Management Trainee for Business Development to join our team in Bengaluru. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers and MBA graduates looking to advance in sales and client relationship management within a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with local businesses to identify potential clients and expand market reach.
• Arrange and coordinate appointments for brief 30-minute seminars showcasing company products.
• Present detailed and persuasive product demonstrations, highlighting features and practical benefits.
• Develop and nurture positive relationships with prospective customers to foster business opportunities.
• Follow up promptly on meetings and potential deals to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily records of field visits and appointment outcomes.

Performance Assessment

Employee performance will be continuously reviewed based on their ability to schedule appointments effectively, demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, maintain comprehensive product knowledge, and uphold professional conduct.

Compensation & Career Path

• The role begins with a 3-month probation period with a stipend of ₹15,000 per month.
• Post-probation, salary will range between ₹25,000 and ₹40,000 monthly, depending on performance assessments and mutually agreed terms.
• Progression opportunities include promotion to Business Development Executive followed by advancement to Senior Business Development Executive or Assistant Manager roles contingent on experience and performance.
