Role Overview
The Management Trainee will collaborate with the business division to gain insights into user behavior, product offerings, and market dynamics while actively participating in growth and go-to-market initiatives to drive business advancement.

Primary Duties
- Assist in executing growth and marketing campaigns
- Contribute to GTM strategy formulation and rollout
- Evaluate user interactions and effectiveness of campaigns
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams
- Manage and take responsibility for designated projects
Candidate Profile
- Graduates from 2024, 2025, or 2026 with any bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication abilities
- Enthusiastic about Marketing, Growth, Business, or Strategy domains
- A mindset focused on user priorities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt
- Proactive attitude with strong ownership and initiative
- Good problem-solving skills
