Role Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will acquire operational expertise and customer-facing skills by starting on the ground at neighborhood branches. The structured program prepares you to eventually manage your own branch, build client relationships, and lead a team. Through hands-on training, mentoring, and community engagement, you will develop proficiency in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, all within a culture that values customer-first principles and encourages healthy competition.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree (four-year) from an accredited Canadian university or an equivalent international degree recognized by WES or Citizenship Canada; degree preferences include BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related disciplines.
  • At least 6 months of combined experience in:
    • Customer service or sales fields such as commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries.
    • Leadership roles in military, sports teams, or clubs/organizations.
  • Valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents over the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the last 5 years.
  • Authorized to work in Canada without need for employment sponsorship now or in the future. Note: this position generally does not qualify for Permanent Residency applications under National Occupational Classification criteria.
