Management Operations Intern

About the Role

Guestly Hospitality Private Limited is seeking a proactive and innovative Growth & Operations Intern to become part of our Hyderabad-based team. This internship offers a hands-on chance to collaborate with the founding members and gain firsthand experience in host acquisition, business development, marketing, hospitality operations, and guest management.

Key Duties

• Locate and engage with property owners, villa operators, and hospitality businesses.
• Conduct outreach, calls, and follow-ups aimed at onboarding prospective hosts.
• Assist in the listing and launch of properties on the Guestly platform.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with hosts and partners.
• Generate innovative marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
• Explore new growth areas, partnership opportunities, and analyze local markets.
• Support daily hospitality operations and enhance guest experiences.
• Identify operational difficulties and proactively devise solutions.
• Offer constructive feedback and ideas to improve Guestly's products and overall business.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team on strategic projects.

Compensation and Opportunities

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000.
