Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation programs within Software & Platforms and High-Tech sectors.
• Design strategic initiatives integrating technology, operations, people, and strategy.
• Apply structured thinking, process design, and data-driven insights to navigate ambiguity and develop impactful solutions.
• Establish and uphold trusted relationships with senior stakeholders aligning strategic goals and delivery plans.
• Manage delivery scope, commercial outcomes including business cases, risk management, and value tracking.
• Contribute to business development via client proposals, market strategies, and thought leadership.
• Lead and nurture high-performing teams fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Drive innovation by developing new capabilities, assets, and perspectives within the practice.

Candidate Profile and Expectations

Ideal candidates come from consulting, internal strategy, or transformation backgrounds, particularly within Software & Platforms or related technology sectors. Essential skills and experience include:

• Proven leadership in complex, cross-functional program delivery.
• Ability to structure workstreams, prioritize impact, and manage ambiguity effectively.
• Expertise in designing future-state processes, customer journeys, and transformation roadmaps.
• Value-led delivery experience encompassing business case creation, outcome tracking, risk, and governance management.
• Strong analytical capabilities to translate data into actionable business insights and narratives.
• Experience cultivating senior stakeholder relationships and guiding decision-making.
• Team management and coaching skills with an entrepreneurial, proactive attitude.
• Commercial acumen and history of driving client growth and scalable solutions.

Additional Desired Qualifications

• Background in consulting or strategy within Software & Platforms or High-Tech industries.
• Track record resolving complex transformations in ambiguous contexts.
• Ownership of solution design and commercial frameworks, including cost and value models.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Cloud, and Data Platforms and their business applications.
• Relevant certifications in Agile, Cloud, Architecture, or Data disciplines.
• Interest in dynamic sectors like SMB transformation, platform strategies, trust and safety, or scaled operations.
