Management Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking a Management Consultant for an immediate start on a 3 to 6 months contract based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role has the potential for extension to a permanent position within a rapidly expanding Performance Improvement division of a leading global consultancy. This practice collaborates with top-tier clients and private equity firms, focusing on portfolio value creation and transaction support.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving comprehensive performance improvement projects across diverse sectors including Retail, Energy, Real Estate, Investment Funds, Aerospace & Defence.
• Conducting operational diagnostics and optimizing supply chain processes.
• Implementing cost reduction strategies to enhance profitability.
• Developing financial models to quantify impacts and guide decision-making.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with excellent academic credentials, preferably in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of consulting experience with a top international consulting firm.
• Extensive knowledge across supply chain management, large-scale transformation initiatives, financial modeling, and pricing strategies.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for analytical and presentation purposes.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the GCC region with potential EU travel (administrative support provided for work permits).
• Valid Saudi Arabia residency or the ability to obtain it.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic language skills are an advantage.
