Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and engaging Management Associate Consultant to become an integral part of our Private Wealth practice. This position involves working closely with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals and their enterprises, providing tailored wealth management and investment solutions. The role is structured to build both technical expertise and relationship management capabilities, supporting a long-term career in private wealth consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with UHNW clients and their family or business entities
- Deliver personalized investment recommendations and oversee discretionary portfolio management
- Collaborate with private banking institutions to enhance client financial outcomes
- Setup and advise on Single Family Offices (SFOs) and Multi Family Offices (MFOs)
- Support strategic planning related to wealth transfer across generations
- Provide customized high-net-worth insurance solutions aligned with client needs
- Assist in structuring trusts, buy-sell agreements, and optimizing tax strategies
- Design and implement strategies for asset protection and risk management
- Undertake other assigned duties as required

Candidate Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in management consulting, banking, finance, asset management, trusts, or insurance is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect effectively with varied stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Demonstrated capacity to independently achieve goals while working collaboratively in a team setting
- Capability in spoken and written Mandarin is preferred to aid communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, especially from China
