About the Role

We are collaborating with a premier AI laboratory to recruit experienced former management consultants for impactful projects centered on AI training and evaluation. This role involves leveraging your consulting expertise, including structured problem-solving, business analysis, and proficient written communication, to analyze AI model reasoning on complex business challenges and help elevate their performance to professional standards.

Scope of Work

• Assess AI model outputs related to business strategy and consulting scenarios.
• Compose high-quality prompts, exemplary model answers, and comprehensive feedback.
• Use structured frameworks to evaluate reasoning accuracy and detect shortcomings.
• Collaborate closely with the project team as guidelines and criteria develop.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience at a leading consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, LEK, Oliver Wyman, or equivalent, with at least part of this experience dated within the last seven years.
• Possess an undergraduate degree from a highly ranked university.
• Reside in a country where English is the primary language.
