About the Programme
The Management Associate Programme at CPF Board is designed to develop future leaders passionate about impactful work. This initiative provides diverse growth opportunities, mentorship, and structured job rotations to shape participants into influential leaders.
The programme lasts for 4 years, divided into a 2-year Junior Term with structured rotations, mentorship, and hands-on experiences to build a robust foundation. Successful Officers may proceed to a 2-year Senior Term featuring an additional rotation and potential entry into the Board's talent management scheme. Regardless of path, every participant will continuously contribute value to the Board.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead significant national projects impacting retirement, housing, and healthcare policies for 4 million Singaporeans.
- Gain experience across diverse teams such as Policy and Corporate Development, Schemes Delivery, Agency Services, Enforcement, and Infocomm Technology.
- Develop domain expertise through on-the-job training and structured leadership development programmes.
- Engage in interdisciplinary rotations and stretch assignments to grasp Board operations comprehensively.
- Contribute to data-driven strategic policy design, member services improvement, enforcement of contribution accuracy, agency liaison, and technology innovation depending on your rotation focus.
Candidate Profile
We welcome Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents, fresh graduates or professionals with less than 2 years’ experience.
- Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking abilities for sound judgement.
- Collaborate effectively within and across teams contributing through strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Engage stakeholders constructively to co-create solutions and align goals.
- Demonstrate an agile, innovative mindset to embrace continual improvement and data-informed decisions while managing risks.
- Serve with genuine empathy, commitment, and purpose by understanding stakeholder perspectives and impacts.
Application Process
- Submit an application including latest academic transcripts and degree classification details.
- Complete an online assessment for shortlisted candidates.
- Attend an in-person half-day Assessment Centre between December 2026 and January 2027 if selected.
- Participate in a final on-site interview with core management for those shortlisted post-Assessment Centre.
- Receive application outcome by April 2027, with successful candidates commencing in August 2027.
