About the Role
Join our team as a Mammography Technologist, where you'll play a crucial role in the early detection of breast cancer by performing precise and compassionate mammographic imaging. Your daily activities will include expertly operating mammography equipment, accurately positioning patients while ensuring their comfort, conducting routine quality checks, and maintaining detailed documentation. Collaboration with radiologists and strict adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines are essential components of this position to promote comprehensive breast health services.

Qualifications
Mandatory:
- Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology program.
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT certification).
- Obtain Mammography Technologist registration within six months of employment.
- Hold a current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
Preferred:
- Experience working with neonates.
Work Environment
You will be based at CHI St. Anthony Hospital, a faith-based, critical access hospital located in Pendleton, Oregon. The 103,000 square foot facility contains 4 operating rooms, 11 emergency rooms, and 30 private patient rooms, designed to support exceptional patient care and safety. The hospital has been serving the community for over a century and is part of CommonSpirit Health, the largest nonprofit healthcare system nationwide. It was recognized among top hospitals for patient experience in 2021.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is between $36.40 and $51.68 per hour.
