Integral Diagnostics Group's division, Lake Imaging, offers extensive diagnostic imaging services across more than 19 Victorian sites including private and public hospitals, clinics, and specialized centers. Their newly established Private Diagnostic Breast Clinic in Geelong delivers premium breast imaging, utilizing cutting-edge technology such as Contrast Enhanced Mammography to serve patients effectively.

Role Overview

We invite qualified and experienced Mammographers to join our Private Diagnostic Breast Clinic and Geelong BreastScreen Service. This role involves performing advanced mammography procedures, contributing to interdisciplinary patient care, and supporting the professional development of peers within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality mammographic examinations independently adhering to professional and clinical guidelines.
• Engage actively in both screening and diagnostic mammography practices.
• Participate regularly in interventional breast imaging and assessment clinics, executing advanced diagnostic procedures.
• Facilitate training, skill enhancement, and supervision for junior Mammographers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Medical Imaging.
• Current registration with AHPRA and possession of professional indemnity insurance.
• Proven extensive experience in diagnostic breast imaging, screening mammography, and assessment procedures.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to responsibilities.
