Candidate Profile

• Some prior experience in painting, construction, or finishing trades is advantageous
• Manual dexterity coupled with a fundamental technical understanding
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and adapt to changing work locations
• Dependable and thorough work habits along with teamwork skills
• Documented hands-on experience as a painter’s assistant or in a related field is preferred

Role Responsibilities

• Support painting and varnishing tasks both indoors and outdoors
• Prepare surfaces by covering, taping, sanding, and cleaning
• Mix and ready paints, varnishes, and materials as needed
• Carry out basic painting, touch-up, and auxiliary jobs under guidance
• Proper cleaning of tools and maintaining a tidy work environment
