• Follow up with customers through calls and messages to nurture relationships.
• Accurately record customer interactions and call details within the CRM or database.
• Arrange appointments or meetings for the sales team as needed.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead follow-up and successful closures.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication at all times.

Additional Information

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 17,000 and 22,000 INR.
