Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks involving plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Promptly address and resolve guest maintenance requests in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to complete tasks with minimal disruption.
• Conduct routine walk-throughs and inspections of hotel premises.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date maintenance logs and records.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance background is advantageous but not mandatory.
