  • Help manage tenant move-ins and move-outs including elevator pad handling.
  • Keep up-to-date maintenance records such as inspection and incident reports, service logs, contractor files, and digital job tracking.
  • Monitor and update building automation systems, security, and CCTV; troubleshoot discrepancies as directed.
  • Perform and assist with preventative maintenance on building systems and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and order in garbage and compactor rooms and participate in waste management activities.
  • Engage in fire and life safety procedures, conduct routine inspections and testing of safety systems, and respond to emergencies as per safety protocols.
  • Track inventory levels for supplies and maintenance parts; with authorization, place purchase orders.
  • Maintain organized and clean workshops and storage areas.
  • Respond swiftly to emergencies such as break-ins, fires, floods, and report incidents comprehensively to management.
  • Be available on-call approximately one week per month for after-hour emergencies.
