Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

Daikan Hospitality Group is looking for a committed and proactive Maintenance Technician to join their team. This position involves carrying out standard upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance duties, with the flexibility to be assigned to any of the group's branches throughout the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance tasks and repairs within restaurant and kitchen settings.
• Inspect and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing, and kitchen appliances.
• Respond efficiently to maintenance requests ensuring all equipment remains functional and safe.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and support urgent repairs as needed.

Candidate Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of HVAC units, electrical systems, and plumbing work.
• Prior maintenance experience in restaurants, commercial kitchens, or hospitality environments is preferred.
• Competent in troubleshooting and fixing minor defects independently.
• Possession of a valid driving license is a plus; willingness to work night shifts is required.
