Maintenance Team Associate

Position Overview

This role involves active participation in a structured maintenance and cleaning program designed to uphold a clean and safe environment for customers and employees alike, while managing costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Stocking 3 Coach and team members to follow a comprehensive cleaning schedule.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety protocols and maintain cold chain standards.
• Carry out timely cleaning tasks for all Fresh Departments including coolers, freezers, and display units.
• Inspect maintenance and cleaning equipment regularly to verify operational status and availability of supplies.
• Encourage a secure workplace by completing required in-store certifications and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• When necessary, perform floor cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet care, covering all non-sales floor sections.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $18.05 per hour. (Also stated in French: Le taux horaire minimum pour ce poste débute à 18.05.)
