Maintenance Team Associate

Overview

This role involves participating in a planned maintenance cleaning schedule that balances thoroughness with cost control to maintain a clean and safe environment for both shoppers and staff.

Primary Duties

• Collaborate closely with the Stocking 3 Coach and team members to adhere to a detailed cleaning routine.
• Strictly follow all food safety regulations and maintain cold chain protocols.
• Carry out prompt cleaning tasks for all Fresh Departments, including coolers, freezers, and display units.
• Assist in inspecting maintenance and cleaning tools to verify they are functioning properly and ensure adequate supply availability.
• Encourage workplace safety by completing mandatory in-store certifications and following company guidelines.
• When necessary, perform floor care including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet upkeep across sales and non-sales areas.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $18.05 CAD.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
