About the Role
Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Support Cleaner to uphold exceptional cleanliness standards at our manufacturing facility located in Rocester, Staffordshire, ST14. You will join our Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team, delivering customized facilities management services including cleaning, security, catering, and specialist industrial solutions. The team supports clients across manufacturing, retail, education, and office sectors.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean industrial equipment, floors, and work areas within the manufacturing site.
- Execute specialized cleaning operations as assigned, adhering to detail-oriented practices.
- Work in compliance with all health and safety policies and regulations.
- Perform physically demanding tasks and operate heavy-duty cleaning machinery and chemicals safely.
- Handle confined space and work-at-height tasks as per the relevant procedures and certifications.
- Adapt to varying shift patterns, including Tuesday to Thursday from 11am to 7pm and Friday/Saturday from 8am to 4pm, with Saturday shifts paid at time and a half.
- Maintain excellent punctuality, attendance, and a strong work ethic.
Candidate Requirements
- Good organisational and communication capabilities.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Physically fit to meet the demands of the role.
- Preferred possession of relevant certifications for confined space entry and working at height.
