Role Overview

The Maintenance Officer is vital in ensuring the safety, operational condition, and comfort of the Arcare facility's physical environment located in Caboolture, Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing routine maintenance activities throughout the residence, including inspecting and fixing plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
• Performing general repairs such as patching, plastering, wheelchair services, and enhancing the appearance of paths and buildings.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintaining or coordinating repairs for facility equipment, sometimes involving external contractors.
