Role Overview
This permanent, full-time position involves 38 hours each week focused on general building and property maintenance duties. The Maintenance Officer will manage tasks such as installing, repairing, and adjusting locks and handles; repairing gates and fences; installing shelving and brackets; assembling and dismantling flat-pack furniture; and performing other routine maintenance work.
The role also requires efficiently managing daily customer maintenance requests and workloads, fostering strong communication and collaborative relationships with staff and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards through risk assessments and enforcement of safe work practices.

Salary Details
The salary range for this role is between $71,935 and $83,600 per annum plus superannuation, dependent on skills and experience.
