Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Maintenance Manager regarding all maintenance activities.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and established maintenance procedures, employing problem-solving skills to address unique challenges encountered on the job.
• Maintain and oversee the inventory of maintenance tools and supplies, communicating restocking needs to supervisory staff.
• Support the sustained effective functioning and durability of all building systems and equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with relevant safety standards and local building codes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or a similar occupational area is preferred.
• Hold a high school diploma or an equivalent educational qualification.
• Demonstrate proficient use of both hand and power tools.
• Have a solid understanding of workplace safety regulations and maintenance procedures.

Working Schedule

This position operates during the First Shift in Canada.
