About the Role
AA Hospitality LLP is recruiting two Maintenance Executives to manage facilities and maintenance tasks across several Bangalore outlets including Indira Nagar, Bellandur, St Marks Road, Forum South Mall, and Prestige Trade Tower. This role demands immediate joining and experience in QSR, fine dining, hospitality, or related industries. Candidates must be proficient in maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, chillers, commercial kitchen equipment, and ensuring seamless operational continuity.
Primary Duties
- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, lighting, power distribution, air conditioning systems, chillers, and kitchen appliances such as fryers, ovens, and grills.
- Manage plumbing tasks involving water supply lines, drainage, leak fixes, taps, and pressure systems.
- Implement preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failure and prolong asset lifespan.
- Respond swiftly to maintenance requests, diagnose technical problems, and determine the need for external vendor support.
- Record all maintenance activities, consumed parts, and labor hours for budgeting and operational tracking.
- Collaborate with contractors for equipment servicing, annual maintenance contracts, and inspections ensuring compliance and quality.
- Adhere to all electrical safety, fire safety, and FSSAI regulations while maintaining proper documentation for certifications and compliance audits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance storerooms, tools, and spare parts inventory.
- Perform routine walkthroughs of all locations to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports highlighting critical problems and track warranty and contract renewals.
- Be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and on-call duties for emergency breakdowns.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree in Science (Physics or Electrical Engineering) or a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 5 years of practical experience in maintenance and repair within QSR, fine dining, hospitality, or comparable fast-paced sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in electrical systems (wiring, distribution boards, lighting, safety switches), plumbing networks, air conditioning and cooling systems, and commercial kitchen apparatus maintenance.
- Preferably possess valid certifications in electrical and/or plumbing trades.
- Solid understanding of electrical safety codes and maintenance best practices.
- Immediate joining availability is highly preferred.

- Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment brands typical to hospitality industry is a plus.
- Experience dealing with AMC contracts and vendor management preferred.
- Understanding of energy-saving and cost-efficient maintenance strategies is beneficial.
- First aid certification is advantageous.
- The position involves travel between multiple locations within Bangalore and flexible scheduling including shifts and on-call support for emergencies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary up to INR 35,000 (equivalent to INR 4,20,000 annually).
