Maintenance Engineer

Overview

Are you passionate about repairing and improving facilities? Travelodge Hotels Limited is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join one of the nation's largest in-house maintenance teams. This position involves supporting the Central East region, including Milton Keynes and nearby areas, delivering outstanding upkeep of hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves building strong relationships with Hotel Managers to help maintain property standards. You will perform a range of maintenance duties such as resolving minor plumbing problems, addressing building wear and tear, conducting basic electrical repairs, among other general upkeep tasks.

Work Environment and Schedule

You will travel regularly to multiple hotels within your region each day, hence a valid UK manual driving license is required. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, totaling a 40-hour workweek, with one Saturday shift every three weeks paired with a compensatory weekday off.
