As a Maintenance Assistant, your role is critical in promptly addressing maintenance issues while enhancing the guest experience through superior service delivery.

Key Duties

• Support the upkeep of hotel facilities, ensuring property standards are consistently maintained with meticulous attention to detail.
• Conduct routine inspections of the building, equipment, and plant daily using a structured checklist.
• Execute general, urgent, and routine repairs focused on electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks maintaining a safe environment.
• Assist in preventative maintenance activities especially related to fire protection systems, ensuring all safety components function at optimum levels in accordance with scheduled inspections.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of one year experience in maintenance or engineering within a branded hotel setting.
• Proven skills in property maintenance covering electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting repairs.
• Preferably holds a High School Diploma.
• Proficient in English communication.
