Role Overview
Join Felden Hall School as a Maintenance Assistant and contribute to creating a nurturing environment for children with special education needs. You will ensure the school's premises are well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine repairs and upkeep to maintain school facilities in good working condition.
- Operate and maintain the school's vehicles, ensuring they remain reliable and safe.
- Manage the cleanliness and tidiness of the school grounds and gardens.
- Engage positively with students, acting as a familiar and approachable figure, supported by child safeguarding training.
About Felden Hall School
Opening in Spring 2026, Felden Hall School is a modern purpose-built facility designed to educate up to 115 pupils aged 5 to 16. It serves children with diverse needs including autism and social, emotional, and mental health challenges, aiming to deliver outstanding educational outcomes and tailored pupil care.

Candidate Profile
