Job Overview

The position of Machine Operator is a full-time, on-premise role located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include setting up, running, and overseeing printing equipment to guarantee effective production and uniform product quality. Duties encompass preparing and loading materials, executing periodic inspections, adjusting machine settings per job requirements, evaluating final products for flaws, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining a neat workspace. Operators will also collaborate closely with production staff to identify and resolve operational issues and achieve daily output objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience operating machinery and familiarity with production equipment
• Proficiency in using hand tools for minor maintenance and adjustments
• Basic communication skills to liaise with supervisors and colleagues
• Mechanical aptitude and capacity to follow technical guidelines and safety procedures
• Previous background in printing, manufacturing, or related production settings is preferred
• Physical stamina to stand for long durations and perform repetitive tasks safely and effectively
• Completion of high school or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machine operation or similar is a plus
