Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Machine Operator role, based in Pune City, involves setting up, running, and overseeing production equipment to achieve daily manufacturing goals. Responsibilities include preparing raw materials, adjusting machinery settings as needed, conducting routine maintenance, and using hand tools safely.

The operator conducts product inspections to detect faults, collaborates closely with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot and ensure smooth production flow, adheres strictly to safety protocols, maintains cleanliness of the workspace, and completes accurate production records and logs.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Proficient in operating various machinery types.
• Skilled in quality control to identify and assess product defects.
• Effective verbal communication for coordination and reporting within the team.
• Capable of safely utilizing hand tools and performing simple machine readjustments.
• Experience in manufacturing or production settings is preferred.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work in a dynamic environment while following safety regulations.
• Basic literacy and numerical ability for interpreting work orders and documenting production data.
• Minimum completion of secondary education or equivalent, with additional technical or vocational training in machine operation viewed as advantageous.
