About the Role

Fox Talent is collaborating with a rapidly expanding technology firm based in Dubai that is heavily investing in AI and machine learning to enhance its offerings. This company is assembling a team to spearhead its machine learning initiatives in the region, presenting a significant opportunity for professionals looking to make meaningful contributions in a dynamic tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models within production environments.
• Construct scalable machine learning pipelines, encompassing stages such as data preparation, model training, evaluation, and ongoing monitoring.
• Engage with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP), particularly involving Arabic language capabilities when applicable.
• Collaborate closely with data science, engineering, and product teams to translate business challenges into effective ML-driven solutions.
• Champion best practices in machine learning operations, including model version control and tracking performance metrics.

Candidate Profile

• At least five years of professional experience in applied machine learning or similar engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python programming and hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Demonstrated success in evolving machine learning models from experimental stages to production deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to convey complex technical information to audiences without technical backgrounds.
• Additional advantage for candidates with Arabic language abilities or prior experience working within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
