Its mission focuses on maintaining the integrity of the ecommerce ecosystem and ensuring a secure shopping environment through the development of robust infrastructures, platforms, and technologies. Role Overview

We invite talented graduates, particularly those with a PhD, to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to explore ambitious ideas, solve complex problems, and experience significant professional growth. Candidates must be able to commence employment by the end of the year and clearly state their availability and graduation date in their application.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and develop specialized machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), and agent systems to identify and prevent sophisticated fraudulent activities across multiple domains.
• Conduct analysis of extensive business and security datasets to detect irregular user behavior and emerging risk patterns.
• Implement and optimize AI agent pipelines for real-time risk prevention capable of handling enormous global traffic volumes.
• Evaluate and validate the impact and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team environment to mitigate commercial risks.
• Utilize pertinent software platforms to build, deploy, and monitor machine learning models effectively.

Qualifications

• Individuals currently completing or recently graduated with a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Proficient coding skills in at least one programming language.
• Preferred experience includes knowledge in machine learning, LLMs, and agentic systems, with practical exposure to frameworks like PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Strong critical thinking and rational analysis skills, with the ability to communicate conclusions in a data-driven, goal-oriented manner.
