Machine Learning Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role involves designing, developing, and fine-tuning advanced machine learning models with a specific focus on Generative AI using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI. You will collaborate closely with senior team members and stakeholders to capture requirements and drive projects through an Agile approach. Thorough documentation and continuous research into new AI algorithms and technologies are integral to this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize machine learning models tailored to business needs.
• Implement Generative AI solutions by leveraging cutting-edge frameworks including LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Engage in research efforts to explore innovative algorithms, techniques, and tools advancing generative AI.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues and key stakeholders to understand requirements and execute tasks following Agile methodologies.
• Document models, experiments, and insights systematically to support knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
• Continuously update your knowledge in the fields of AI and machine learning and apply recent advances to current initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate degree with practical experience in Machine Learning.
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience developing ML models using libraries such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with NLP tools including Spark NLP, Hugging Face, and NLTK.
• Experience working with Generative AI frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Competence with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines for deploying ML models.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow and AutoML.
• Exposure to Azure Cloud platform.
• Experience working within Agile development teams.
