Lot Attendant

Job Overview

America's Car-Mart is looking for a proactive and motivated Automotive Lot Attendant to become a vital member of our team in Sherwood, AR. This role involves preparing and maintaining vehicles for display and sale, supporting customers, and ensuring lot security, all while contributing to an outstanding customer experience at a company recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Mid-Size Employers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning and presentation of vehicles to ensure they are ready for sale on the lot.
• Accompany customers on test drives and provide knowledgeable answers to their vehicle-related inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and order by removing trash and debris around the lot and securing vehicles and premises nightly.
• Provide routine vehicle servicing such as fueling, oil and water checks, and perform minor repairs or create work orders accordingly.
• Adhere strictly to safety and security guidelines while performing duties.
• Fulfill additional tasks or duties as delegated by supervisors.
• Uphold company policies, values, ethical standards, and mission consistently.
• Maintain reliable attendance to complete daily responsibilities promptly.
