Job Overview
As a Lot Associate, you will support customers by assisting with loading their vehicles and oversee the maintenance and security of the store's entrance area. Your role includes ensuring an adequate number of shopping carts are available at the entrance and collaborating with other store associates and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in loading their purchases into vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Monitor and maintain the store entrance to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Manage and replenish the supply of shopping carts near the entrance.
- Engage positively with customers and colleagues, providing excellent service as you are often the first and last point of contact for visitors.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with customers and associates.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving shopping carts and lifting items.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
