Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly and approachable presence at store entrances to promote a positive customer experience.
• Work closely with store teams to protect products and deter loss on the sales floor.
• Effectively resolve conflicts by remaining calm and professional under pressure.
• Act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function while supporting store security policies.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles, retail environments, or security is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to make a positive impact.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay composed during challenging situations.
