Role Overview
We are looking for Loss Prevention Officers to join our team who will help ensure the safety of customers, associates, and assets across our stores. As the world’s foremost off-price retailer of clothing and homeware, we prioritize delivering positive and memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at store entrances to support a positive customer atmosphere.
- Focus on deterring loss throughout the sales floor while representing the loss prevention department.
- Collaborate closely with the in-store team to maintain product security and support conflict resolution as necessary.
- Maintain composure and professionalism during high-pressure situations.
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate resilience and self-motivation to make a meaningful impact.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in customer-facing roles within fast-paced retail environments or security positions is preferred but not mandatory.
