About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Porter to join Restaurant Associates on a full-time basis, working a contracted 37.5 hours weekly. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth functioning of daily operations by ensuring exceptional levels of cleanliness and customer support.
Shift Schedule
The typical working days for this role are Monday through Friday during day shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the lobby and public areas.
- Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting teams by setting up rooms and relocating furniture as needed.
- Perform receptionist tasks such as booking theatre tickets and making restaurant reservations.
- Address customer requests promptly and efficiently.
- Run various errands to assist with operational needs.
- Enhance customer safety by placing and removing wet floor or paint signage appropriately.
