Job description

About the Company

Knix is an award-winning intimate apparel and activewear company focused on rethinking everyday intimates for real life. Since launching in 2013, the brand has grown into one of the fastest-rising names in North America and is widely known for innovation in apparel. Its products and community reach more than 3 million customers through online channels, retail locations across North America, wholesale, and Amazon. The company operates across the Knix, Kt by Knix, and Mntd brands and is building a career environment centered on purpose and authenticity.

Role Overview

This role sits at the center of logistics and operational execution. The specialist will manage inbound freight, support omnichannel fulfillment, maintain system and inventory accuracy, and coordinate closely with internal and external partners to keep goods moving efficiently across the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee inbound freight flowing from international manufacturing partners by sea, air, and road, including shipments entering Canada and the US.
  • Handle customs paperwork, HTS classification, and duty drawback processes for cross-border movement.
  • Act as the main contact for 3PL and distribution center teams to resolve day-to-day fulfillment issues across eCommerce, retail, wholesale, and internal channels.
  • Monitor delivery service levels carefully and address bottlenecks quickly.
  • Support the accuracy of inventory by working across ERP, OMS, and WMS systems and troubleshooting integration issues.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards for freight spend, cost per order, and lead times.
  • Partner with Planning, Finance, Retail Operations, Wholesale, and Amazon channel teams to align logistics capacity with demand, promotions, and launch schedules.
  • Work alongside the Logistics Coordinator and Senior Manager to ensure complete backup coverage across logistics responsibilities and take on additional operational work as business needs change.

What We’re Looking For

  • A resilient, adaptable prioritizer who can balance urgent and competing requests in a busy environment.
  • A proactive problem solver who asks questions, identifies root causes, and looks for ways to reduce manual work through automation.
  • Strong communicator who can explain logistics matters clearly and keep internal teams and outside partners updated.
  • Someone who is comfortable handling both big-picture container tracking and hands-on troubleshooting of urgent orders.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, ideally in a fast-growing retail or eCommerce setting.
  • Direct experience managing both inbound freight and outbound 3PL fulfillment.
  • Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and advanced Excel, including the ability to analyze complex data and turn it into action.
  • Basic EDI knowledge is a strong advantage, and Shopify familiarity is a plus.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with experience working across time zones and building trusted relationships with global vendors.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay effective during peak periods and shifting priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting annual salary for this position is $60,000.

For permanent full-time employees, the company covers 100% of extended health and dental premiums from the first day. Team members also receive mental health support through an Employee Assistance Program with Dialogue, including virtual coaching, therapy, and counseling.

Eligible permanent full-time employees may also receive paid parental leave topped up to 80% of salary, RRSP matching, and a 50% discount on Knix products.
