- Gather tracking links from carriers post-pickup, update the company portal accordingly, and continuously monitor shipment progression to verify on-time deliveries.
- Maintain daily contact with carriers to receive the latest status updates and provide customers with shipment reports at least twice daily.
- Disseminate detailed shipment status updates, including load numbers, pickup progress, transit conditions, completed deliveries, and any delays or complications to customers.

- Attach relevant customs and supporting documents when sending load tenders to carriers.
- Follow up with carriers daily to confirm receipt and acceptance of load tenders.
- Quickly address urgent midweek shipment requests by negotiating with carriers and organizing prompt transportation.
- Review and manage additional charges including waiting times, lumper fees, and restacking costs by securing approvals and issuing revised tenders as necessary.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with both customers and carriers through ongoing communication and effective assistance.
- Ensure carriers receive proper support to facilitate seamless operations.
