Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Logistics Coordinator based in Dammam to oversee the movement and management of materials, equipment, and supplies to various project sites. Core responsibilities include coordinating shipment schedules, ensuring accuracy in documentation for incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining comprehensive inventory records, and collaborating closely with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to avoid shortages or delays.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments to align with project schedules.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all material movements.
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile records to ensure material availability.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and site teams to prevent logistical disruptions.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and transportation providers to resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Support adherence to company procedures and safety standards in logistics operations.
• Contribute to improving logistics processes aimed at cost efficiency and enhanced service quality.
