Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team working remotely with a focus on women candidates. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage customer relationships and coordinate logistics operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling as part of voice process operations.
• Negotiate with customers confidently to secure freight loads.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods by coordinating with registered truck operators.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure steady load inflow.
• Collaborate with internal departments and transporters to confirm load availability.
• Follow up with supervisors for proper loading and unloading schedules.
• Work closely with senior management to understand targets and motivate the team accordingly.
• Manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently while working under pressure.

Additional Information

• Comprehensive training will be provided from the joining date.
• Upon successful interview completion, a company SIM card will be provided.
• The selection process consists of an interview assessing communication proficiency, experience, and job suitability.

Compensation

Salary is incentive-based starting from your first day. Incentives per order depend on the vehicle type as detailed below:

• 20/22/24 FT vehicle orders: 150 INR per order.
• 32SXL vehicle orders: 250 INR per order.
• 32MXL vehicle orders: 350 INR per order.
