Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a work-from-home arrangement specifically for female candidates. This role involves managing voice-based cold calling processes, negotiating with customers to secure loads, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining strong customer relationships to guarantee consistent freight volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound voice calls to potential clients as part of cold calling efforts.
- Engage with clients to negotiate and finalize load agreements effectively.
- Oversee the punctual transportation of goods from markets to assigned trucks.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to secure steady shipment orders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and transport providers to organize load assignments efficiently.
- Coordinate with supervisors to monitor the loading and unloading processes of vehicles to ensure timeliness.
- Work alongside senior management to comprehend targets and communicate regularly with team members for alignment.
- Maintain composure under pressure while adhering to tight timelines and deadlines.

Training and Onboarding
Comprehensive training will commence immediately upon joining. A company-provided SIM card is issued upon successful completion of the interview process.

Candidates must clear an interview assessing communication skills, relevant experience, and suitability for the role. Successful applicants will be informed about joining details and further procedures.
Compensation Details
Remuneration is incentive-based starting from the date of joining with the following rates per order completed:
- 20/22/24 FT Vehicles: ₹170 per order
- 32SXL Vehicles: ₹250 per order
- 32MXL Vehicles: ₹370 per order
