About the Role

Our client is seeking a Logistics Operative to aid in managing vehicle movements at a busy refurbishment facility located in Coalville. This permanent position involves working on-site five days a week, with 45 hours per week distributed across 9-hour shifts scheduled between 06:30 and 18:00. The exact shift pattern will be finalized during the interview stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver, park, and retrieve vehicles throughout the site.
• Assist in the streamlined handling of approximately 1,000 vehicles daily.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Optimize the utilization of available space and vehicle capacity on site.
• Effectively prioritize daily tasks to meet business needs.
• Collaborate closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations.
