Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests as they arrive and provide necessary assistance.
• Respond to guest questions and offer helpful directions or recommendations.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence within the lobby area throughout your shift.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Guest Relations teams to address guest needs promptly.
• Observe and monitor activity in the lobby and report any concerns or irregularities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Prior experience in customer service is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A friendly attitude paired with a neat and polished appearance.
