Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and receive guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive and friendly first impression.
• Offer detailed information regarding the establishment's services, facilities, and amenities.
• Promptly address guests’ questions, requests, and provide assistance with directions.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of the lobby and reception area.
• Manage guest flow within the lobby, including organizing waiting lists as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing service role.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Presentable with professional grooming standards.
• Competence in managing multiple duties simultaneously and operating effectively in high-pressure situations.
