LoanIQ Developer

About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a prominent global IT services and consulting organization within the Tata Group, is seeking a skilled LoanIQ Developer. This role focuses on leveraging expertise in LoanIQ migrations, upgrades, and transformation projects to support digital transformation initiatives. The position is based in Bangalore, Chennai, or Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize hands-on experience with LoanIQ development, particularly involving migration, upgrade, or full transformation engagements.
• Develop and enhance LoanIQ applications using LoanIQ SDK, LoanIQ data models, .NET, Java, and Oracle, with prior experience preferably in conversion projects such as ACBC to LoanIQ.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 6 to 9 years of professional experience in application development.
• At least 5 years specializing in development using Java, .NET, PL/SQL, and related technologies; exposure to banking or commercial lending environments is advantageous.
• Strong functional knowledge of LoanIQ product including data models, APIs, product setup, servicing events, operational workflows, and understanding dependencies in migration data.
• Expertise in crafting ETL workflows, migration utilities, data transformation logic, reconciliation tasks, validation mechanisms, and handling exceptions.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring framework, microservices architecture, .NET, C#, Python, and Shell scripting or similar programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience in API and interface development to facilitate system integrations.
• Familiarity with Autosys, batch scheduling, or enterprise job orchestration tools.
• Advanced SQL skills for performing data analysis, source-to-target validation, reconciliations, defect investigations, and supporting migration execution.
• Usage of AI-assisted development tools aimed at enhancing productivity, generating reusable modules, summarizing technical contexts, and establishing or improving AI-driven reusable frameworks.
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code, coupled with strong unit testing practices and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Acquaintance with Agile methodologies and related SDM tools including Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence to support efficient project delivery.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines involving build automation, deployment, version control, release management, and environment maintenance.
• Experience implementing secure coding practices, addressing vulnerabilities, and managing logging, monitoring, and operational support activities.
