Overview
ASA Savings and Loans Ltd is looking to hire Loan Officers across multiple regions in Ghana, including Greater Accra, Ashanti, Brong Ahafo, Ahafo, Bono East, Central, Western, Western North, and Eastern. The institution currently serves over 200,000 clients through 123 business units spanning nine regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients, manage loan disbursements, and oversee installment collections.
- Accurately maintain records by entering data into accounting books and the company's software systems.
- Develop credit plans specifically tailored for organized borrower groups.
- Drive the mobilization of savings deposits among clients.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrate a consistently high level of integrity and honesty in all professional dealings.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hold an HND or Degree from an accredited institution.
- Possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Be proficient in computer use and software applications.
- Be a Ghanaian citizen aged between 20 and 28 years.
