Role Overview

We seek an accomplished professional to drive innovation by developing advanced AI strategies. The ideal candidate will specialize in Large Language Models (LLMs), focusing on refining these models for extracting valuable insights, enabling better business decisions, and enhancing prompt designs for higher accuracy. Additionally, the position involves constructing scalable, resilient LLM and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems tailored for customer service scheduling, boosting innovation and maintaining market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete LLM lifecycle from data preparation through to real-world production deployment.
• Create, iterate, and fine-tune prompt designs including zero-/few-shot, chain-of-thought, and tool-calling techniques to maximize model effectiveness and safety across multiple products and languages.
• Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation QA/search systems integrating diverse knowledge sources.
• Utilize proficiency with vLLM/SGLang inference frameworks and demonstrate hands-on experience in deploying and managing LLM services using multi-GPU or clustered computing environments.
• Architect, build, and operate advanced multi-agent LLM structures (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) incorporating task breakdown, orchestration, shared memory, and tool-calling workflows.
• Establish evaluation frameworks employing automatic metrics and human feedback to assess prompt quality, model biases, and hallucination rates.
• Work closely with product and customer service teams to embed AI models into conversational chatbots supporting varied scenarios.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI research, publish technical insights, and continuously enhance current system architectures.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in deep learning and natural language processing, including at least 1 year specifically working with Large Language Models, covering areas such as supervised fine-tuning, direct preference optimization, retrieval-augmented generation, quantization, and inference optimization.
• Demonstrate expertise in prompt engineering techniques including few-shot learning, structured prompting, prefix and p-tuning, reward re-ranking, and safety filtering.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying multi-agent LLM workflows, understanding agent orchestration, shared memory management, long-term planning, and safety guardrails.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Chinese to enable effective cross-team collaboration.
