Listings Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Listings Executive to join our Banking Department team at our Dublin office. This role is ideal for someone with administrative expertise, self-drive, and enthusiasm, preferably with a background in the legal sector. The Listings Executive serves as an authorized agent by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) and/or Euronext Dublin, acting as an intermediary between these bodies and the issuer, arranger, and legal advisors. The primary goal is to facilitate the successful listing of securities on the regulated or Global Exchange Market of Euronext.

Key Responsibilities

• Annotate prospectuses in alignment with Prospectus Regulation annex items for submission to the CBI.
• Annotate listing particulars to conform with Global Exchange Market rules for Euronext submission.
• Complete the listing conditions checklist for Euronext submissions.
• Review and address feedback received from the CBI and Euronext.
• Coordinate with issuers' legal advisors, CBI, and Euronext to resolve comments and queries.
• Prepare all supporting documents needed for the final listing submissions to CBI and Euronext.
